Our Goverment is Out of Control Stories in the news that show how little the words "We The People" mean to the Career Politicians in OUR country...
Ok, so I am just a bit Pissed Off about the way OUR country is being run into the ground. From the asshats that serve on our local city council who wanted to vote themselves medical and dental care for life to the complete idiots in California who say that cutting the funding to the state's school system is the way to balance a $12-14 BILLION budget deficit... The following links are to REAL STORIES about how our career politicos are going to screw WE THE PEOPLE into the ground by graft, corruption and giving away the money that we work so hard to make...
As an example of the audacity and flagrant disregard for WE THE PEOPLE, consider how California is going to close their budget gap...by dinging the public school system, of course!! Let me see here, the state is not making enough money so we should just ding everyone equally, eh? Instead of cutting out the fluff in the budget, firing all the CAL TRANS workers (who, by the way, make alot more money than I do) that like to stand around and watch 1 guy dig a hole in the ground while 4 others watch and 1 guy holds up a "slow" sign, they want to cut school funding that is required by law... Yet the politicos can still find the tax money to have a staff of 50 people FOR EACH SENATOR AND ASSEMBLYMAN on the state payroll all so they can still ignore us and decide what is good for us...
